But Dr. Lubhesh Goyal not only diagnosed me patiently, he even explained me everything with the help of some diagrams and videos regarding my problem. After that we fixed a date and he operated me. Before the operation I was very nervous and scared, cause I never had a Operation before. He made me feel little chilled out, and my nervousness and fear started to fade away. I had a pressing issue with my nasal breathing which had continued for the last three decades. Dr. Lubhesh was quick to clinically diagnose the issue on the very first visit to Siya Clinics. It was a case of Deviation in Nasal Septum with adenoids growth which was causing this issue. After a CT scan, he advised going for surgery. It was a big decision, but Dr. Lubhesh supported me at every step. He gave me confidence and assurance. The trust that developed in the initial visits wasn't misplaced. Once it was decided that we would be going for surgery, he was kind enough to arrange it soon enough. I had insisted on an early surgery because of increasing Covid cases in the city, and he made all the arrangements in the next four days. It was incredible. There were no surprises. He told me everything that was going to happen, so expectations were clear from the very beginning. He made sure I was comfortable. I had a successful operation thanks to his efforts and continued support. Within a day of the surgery, my nasal gauges were removed and I instantly felt normal, as if no surgery had happened. Even after the operation, he continued following up making sure the recovery was smooth and comfortable. During this process, he made sure to keep the family in the loop and informed them at every step of what was to expect. In fact, he made a video call from the OT to my father assuring him the surgery had gone well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lubhesh to anyone.
